
| About the Classes
Jacqueline’s style is an invigorating mix of Vinyasa Flow (Ashtanga), Hatha and Raja. Together these styles join the body, mind and soul. All yoga practice is done in a lightly heated room; allowing the muscles to relax, bringing students deeper into the practice while sweating out toxins. The classes are based upon the understanding that each of us is on a unique journey but that the goal which binds us together is singular. Her students are daily encouraged to face their fears and become aware of their mind. But in truth, theses classes are for all who wish to spend time getting to know themselves and the physical skills learned within are not prerequisites. In short, her classes will teach you the only thing any class could teach you; that all the answers lie within yourself and that we are all each other's teachers.
